It’s back! After a brief hiatus to find itself, the World T20 returns with a crash, a bang, and a wallop as we enter the final straight.
It’s been an emotional ride, folks. Today sees the conclusion of the Super Eights and the final double-header of the tournament. Don’t worry, we’re trying to work out how Australia can go out too.
Another day in the World T20 and the coaching staff are reaching for their calculators.
South Africa vs Australia? Check. India vs Pakistan? Check. An obscure reference to the 90’s shoehorned in? Check. We’re good to go – let’s talk about day thirteen of the World T20.
Day twelve – crunch time for England. One more dismal performance and they can pencil in a few episodes of Mike & Molly to watch while the semi-finals are taking place.
Day ten should be the best day of the World T20 so far. Although day nine was pretty good.

Day Six sees some of the proper nations in action. Plus New Zealand are playing as well.
The tournament may have been pretty crap so far, but like British politics in 1997, or D:Ream’s career following the original release of U R The Best Thing stalling at 72 in the charts, things can only get better.
